Once you close your shop, please simply turn on STORAGE mode.  Gelato will keep in cooling mode overnight.  There is no need to move the gelato to a freezer.

Please simply press CLEAN mode and the machine will clean automatically.  Simply spray sanitizer after automatic cleaning.
